Ray represents clients regularly in domestic relations and juvenile matters in Northeast and East Central Ohio courts, including Carroll, Columbiana, Guernsey, Holmes, Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Tuscarawas and Wayne counties. His colleagues credit him with being a compassionate professional, with patience and concern to work diligently for his clients as a strong advocate in courtroom litigation. Ray is a member of the American, Ohio State and Stark County Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in Ohio courts and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
After 32 years of building a regional family law practice throughout Northeastern and East Central Ohio, Ray joined Mills, Mills, Fiely & Lucas in opening the firm's Canton office in May of 2013.
While attending law school he was employed as a law clerk by the office of the U.S. Attorney in Norfolk, Virginia.
