Max focuses his practice on defending the rights of the accused as a criminal defense attorney.

Max graduated from the University of Akron School of Law, with honors, and received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science from Ashland University where he was a 3-time academic All-American in both soccer and track.

While at Akron, Max was a member of the Mock Trial Team and was the Regional Champion at the TYLA National Trial Competition.

Prior to his final year of law school, Max was invited to spend the summer in Dubois, Wyoming at Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyer's College where he worked with the nation's most recognized trial attorneys.

Max now competes in the courtroom where he represents those charged with misdemeanors and felonies in both state and federal court in Ohio and West Virginia.

Max zealously advocates for the rights of his clients whether the venue is in a local municipal court in front of a magistrate or in a federal courthouse involving negotiations with United States Attorneys, agents from the IRS, Department of Labor, and FBI.
