Ray represents clients regularly in domestic relations and juvenile matters in Northeast and East Central Ohio courts, including Carroll, Columbiana, Guernsey, Holmes, Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Tuscarawas and Wayne counties. After 32 years of building a regional family law practice throughout Northeastern and East Central Ohio, Ray joined Mills, Mills, Fiely & Lucas in opening the firm's Canton office in May of 2013.

While attending law school he was employed as a law clerk by the office of the U.S. Attorney in Norfolk, Virginia.
